Ophelia was my stylist and she was hands down the best hairstylist I have ever been to. Usually people tug and pull on my hair and she did not at all there was no pain what so ever. I have very thick hair and sometimes stylists send me home before my hair is fully dried because it takes too long but she was fast and efficient, while always checking in and making sure she was giving me the exact haircut I had wanted. 10/10 experience and I will be back soon for a balayage.
