I’ll never go to them again he was rough on my hair I understand I had glue in my head but he was very aggressive the lady there was nice but he provoked her and she’ll lack and take it out on my hair but overall she’s ok I only got wash dry and flat iron she added $10 for taking the glue out realized why am I paying $85 and I didn’t even get no deep conditioning nor hot oil treatment I’ll be up there to see what’s going on

WAS OVERCHARGED $75 FOR A RINSE N WASH TO STILL LEAVE OUT WITH A HALF WET HEAD BECAUSE TO DRY WAS A EXTRA $65 THIS THE MOST MONEY HUNGRY PLACE I HAVE EVER GOTTA HAIR SERVICES FROM . ROBBING THE COMMUNITY HAIR STRAIN BY HAIR STRAIN ‼️‼️ RATING A 0/10 SAVE YOUR MONEY .

Terrible service. Eva is mean and lazy. Whatever her issue is or was, she took it out on my hair when she blow dried me. She kept checking her phone as she was blow drying me. She seemed to be irritated that I was 15 mins late for my appointment, although I called to let her/the shop know and her husband told me I could still come. I'm not sure if he let her know or not, because she asked me, "why was I late?" They guage their prices. I went to the one in forest park because it’s closer. I don’t like that it seems they make they own prices. $180 for a wash, blow dry, ends clipped, rinse and style is crazy. When I go to the one in Country Club Hills. The same service is a $100 or $105. I don’t like to be taking advantage of. I think I’ll just take my service somewhere else. I do like the wife and husband. They just charged too much for me
