Love it! So easy to purchase online and simple to get to. So easy my father rented a spot to park his truck.
We had so many belongings stolen while we were in the middle of a pcs. The side walls of the units are dry wall. The unit next to ours was vacant so the thieves cut the zip tie and went through the drywall. Menards claimed to have security surveillance on the property but when we asked about it they didn't have any footage. And it was big items stolen so definitely would have been obvious. READ BEFORE COMING HERE!! With this being a new facility, you would think that it’s state of the art security and accessibility wouldn’t be an issue for your items to be stolen. I guess I was wrong. I am getting ready to PCS to a new base and I was putting my belongings in a storage unit for only a couple days while I was getting ready to leave. Someone has been breaking into the units and then putting a fake lock on the outside to not draw suspicion. The police came out when we tried to open our unit and noticed it was not our lock. The thieves ripped through boxes and broke items. We heard another person saying the same thing happened to them. Please go check your unit. The police said there is not enough video coverage and the main gate doors have not been working.
