I bought a storage auction from them and the lady who assisted us was so kind and the storage area was neat and clean
This company has very shady business practices, hidden claw for 28 day moveout requirement hidden in the lease agreement. They don't notify you when your rent is due at all, no email text or anything. They do send you a email one week after you miss your payment with a nice 20$ late fee even though there is no notice or anything.
Exactly what I needed. Simple storage.
