If I could give 2 different ratings I would. I would give 1 employee a 5 star rating for her helpfulness and give the other 3 employees a zero for not helping at all. Up until now I have loved the Menards shopping experience. They do have great employees. In ordering an kitchen island they provided us the wrong cabinet design, forgot to put legs on one cabinet, forgot to two cabinets. Misplaced sink. However they wanted me to pay for the re delivery of the right cabinet. They also promised they would deliver to make things right then promptly told me few days later they wouldn't that it's up to me. I will share my experience with a return and the rude employee Faith. I have never returned anything to menards, so this was my first experience. We tried the kiosk, but at 66 I admit I could not figure it out. We went to the customer service counter and Faith asked what we were returning it was a small bamboo cutlery organizer. I did not have the receipt. She asked if I had the card I said yes I have the card Faith walks to the kiosk and starts punching stuff in.
