I just wanted to recognize two employees at Menards—Catherine and Ryan—for going above and beyond for me and my family. I’m a dad of twin boys with special needs, so even simple errands can be challenging. Catherine and Ryan made this experience incredibly easy from start to finish. They worked with me ahead of time so everything was ready, and when I showed up, they were already waiting for me.
