Horrible return process. First off, the lady who runs the return counter is zero help. She needs to learn how to smile every now and then... She acts like your stupid when you tell her you don't have your receipt. Secondly, they cant just scan your card and then scan the item you're returning like EVERYONE else does.. They send you to some outdated machine where you will spend the next 20 minutes scrolling through transactions to find the correct one (if you can find it). Just the rental center very rude and didn't Know the price for the blown In insulation machine and put me on hold and never came back to the phone after 10 minutes I hung up. She seemed mad that I would call in for a price instead of just coming in to the store
