I was at the store the morning of 4/21/25 to purchase some wire and I spoke with 5 different people. I was impressed that every employee was not only helpful but friendly in addition to enjoying their job. It was a pleasure to be treated with respect and willing to help in any way. Thank you and keep up the great work!
My 75 year old father, who has emphysema, needed to pick up some salt. So we ordered ahead of time, and he went to pick it up when the order was ready. He went to the customer service desk, and was told he would have to walk to the very back of the store to get it. When he asked if he could drive around he was told no. What was the point of ordering ahead of time if you're going to make him walk the entire store anyway? You lost the business of a family of carpenters today.
