Rick out in special orders. Working the day after christmas was amazing. He had my order pulled by the time I got to the back.
Ordered wood and was able to find some of what I ordered but barely any assistance in finding my other 2x4 I ordered. One gentleman was waiting 15 minutes for someone to come to the pickup counter. Never could find the order and decided to cancel it. Needs better customer service
Menards is good. They need to get name brand tools, like Dewalt,Makita, Milwaukee, and Klein.
