I recently visited the Menards on Harvey Street in Muskegon and want to acknowledge the efforts of the team there. Although I initially faced some challenges with store access, the situation was quickly resolved thanks to the attentive and customer-focused approach of Andrea, Jessica, and Caiden. I have always had good experiences with this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. If they don’t know, they find out. Great prices and great selection. My go to for home/building supplies.
I have to give a huge shoutout to Matt in the hardware department at Menards! I’ll be honest—I wasn’t the biggest fan of shopping here before, but Matt completely changed my opinion. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, answered all my questions with patience, and even gave me some great tips for my project. Good place for lumber
Great store, Very Friendly Staff, Reasonably Priced, Quality Products, Great Customer Service! I do like there order online, then pick it up, Convenient and Easy!! Went there today to pickup an item that my employer ordered for my retirement gift. We stopped at the service desk first to see if I could add the extended warranty the person helping really didn't quite know how to do that, mean while they asked Tiffany to help and she ran with it so to speak with a lot of coaxing on the computer system she managed to accomplish ... read more
