We ordered 160 pavers and 60 bags of base/sand because they were a few cents cheaper than Lowe’s. We opted to pay $111 for delivery. They delivered on a pallet. As I took off each paver, over 35 were broken. The pavers themselves were crumbling. So over 100 weren’t “broken” just crumbling apart. I emailed and messaged leading to a call to Menards. They said I have 90 days to return. I requested they pick up their defective product as I paid for delivery so I can get a return and they denied. So I will take 9 trips back and f... read more
I’m a fan of Menards in general. I’m there 10 times a day… but this location is not nearly as attentive as the east side store. At the East store, they really watch the lines like a hawk. If it starts to get backed up, they will open up registers almost right away. At the west store, you’re lucky if they notice what’s happening. This has been my regular experience at the store, not just based on one visit.
