I was harassed by management for taking my mask down so I could breath a little better. I’m going to Home Depot in the future now and I would recommend doing the same.
What good is your mask rule when your employees wear them on their chins the whole time.

After 3 tries to deliver me a Mastercraft door, it wont lock. There is NO support available unless you write them a letter, or go through their email which takes 48 hours for them to respond each time. Have a front door that won't lock and can't get anyone to take responsibility to help me. It is absolutely a manufacturing issue. Steer clear of Menards and Mastercraft go with a real building products distributor
We purchased a cast iron sink in April. Our plumber was finally able to install on 5/30. Within 5 hours the ceramic on our sink was chipping. Now I need to pay our plumber to take it out, and reinstall a new one. The best Menards will do is offer $20 off a new one. Their defective product is now costing me hundreds of dollars in labor, and they do not care. Neither does corporate.
Bought 2 six panel doors and 1 bifold door today. The box for the bifold for was open however the lady who helped me assured me that everything would be there. Well that wasn't the case, after I got home found parts were missing and the door was damaged. Back to the store it went, they didn't have another one and told me to go to the Racine store. NOT, looks like I'll go to Lowe's for the bifold and for the 5 other six panel doors.
We shop here for just about everything and we love the Christmas displays and trees.
