Customer service was default returning a fan customer service manager or supervisor needs to work on his attitude when addressing customers
Monica in the cabinet section EXTREMELY rude. Accused us of taking her cabinet plans and confronted us in the middle of the store. Come to find out the person she drew the plans up for had them all along. I also tried reaching out to the store manager to report this and was told they would call me back. This was 4 days ago. The store is poorly run and the employees need better training in customer service. Sadly I bought $300 worth of lumbar from there. Gurnee is much better. If you do go avoid Monica in the cabinet section.
