If I could rate a zero I would. The return counter lady is extremely rude. I pad to have blue dot install my new gas stove, come to find out the stove was broken out of the box. Drove 40 minutes to return it and got a new one. Drove back home to find out the handle is broke off and the door is broken (stove was in a box) drive another 40 minutes to exchange stove again and asked for some sort of credit since I had to pay Bluedot installation fee even though the stove was broken, plus time driving to and from.
