Maybe the worst customer service and policy of any retailer. I purchased an egress well for a rental property that I had just bought in the area. I usually go to Lowe's for these purchases but wanted to try Menards because they had the product on the shelf. Unfortunately I returned the egress well because of issues with the contractor. I returned to find out that the product I bought, even though it was still on order, that I had to pay a 25% return fee.
