Always a good selection and helpful people
I love the selection's, products, prices, customer service. Then why only 1 star? I am sitting in flat bed cart now for 30 minutes because as usual birth of the TWO handicap scooters are being used. I ship here one time a week at least and every time I have to wait. At times I am in line with 3-5 other disable customers waiting for scooters. Items were in pickup as promised and easy pickup.
I went in today 6-9-20 at around 6:00 pm to return a painters tool which I ended up not needing. Upon entering there was two girls working the front desk. A younger (don’t know name) and an older one which I believe her name was Kim. I got to deal with the you get person first I told her I did not have a receipt but I did have the card I used to pay with. She asked for my ID I told her again I had the card but she did not care. Love this store. The selection of items is big I can always find, what I am wanting. Prices are excellent & service is great.
Good service had what I wanted service was good also prices not to bad
Junk Store is the Rhinelander one. They hire you then cut you when it is slow. If you want a certain day off they say no, Crooks do not buy anything from them. I hope they go under.
The service here is terrible and the girl had no idea about the countertops
Menards has a rebate policy that is deceptive and incredibly difficult to maneuver. I recently bought a sale item on line and picked it up the same day only to find out that the discount only applied to in store purchases. Well, I did get it in store, but I bought it on line. Home Depot and Lowe’s don’t put you through these games and that’s where I’m going to shop from now on.
