Staff members make a great habit of passing through checkout lanes while customers are making their purchase. This is not only disrespectful but distracting to the final process of tender. Your employees are more than capable of walking around the long way to reach their tasks at hand. Hope you can correct this behavior.
My husband and I purchased $4200 worth of kitchen appliances...the young lady CLAUDIA who was very helpful.....SO WE THOUGHT! We'll Ms. Claudia wrote up all of our things to go to another customer in a whole different address and neighbor.....she used my husband's ID to put down delivery info....thus purchase was 2/22/25....our delivery was for 3/21/25...we caught the mistake on 3/1 because we hadn't received a confirmation call......once everything was corrected after a day or so....we are now delayed til 4/4..... Terrible customer service, I went there instead of Home Depot for an entire floor refinishing project, big waste of time. They don’t have the supplies needed for their floor rental equipment even though it said they had 33 online. They also can’t just tell you that after “looking” for 30 minutes. Also you can’t rent more than one tool at a time, which for some projects doesn’t make sense like mine. I bought a screen door from here that's defective. My screen is currently taped to keep it from showing. Please be careful when buying your doors from here. The repair or to fix a broken item will all be on you. Do better Menards and care about your customers when a product purchased from one of your stores is damaged.
