I purchased a Troy Bilt weed whacker for my landscaping company without reading the terms disclosure I put gass in it and it didn't work i took it to a different Menards in Bradley il because i attempted to use it for a site out there the manager at Bradley IL sent me to get the whacker to get serviced on my own behalf because it had gas in it. My 5 star rating goes for the delivery service. Jon, the delivery driver, was great to work with. Great at communication and overall friendly demeanor. In store, however, was a bit different. Aside from the initial female employee that helped start the delivery process of the items we were buying, the customer service felt lacking (for me at least). I wouldn’t say anyone was rude, but it wasn’t welcoming, in my opinion.
Great service and you find every item you can think of, including food and pet items! One stop shopping + 11% back is a the best.
