I currently have a deck project and have been at Menards almost everyday this week. Sebastian helped me out a great deal finding what I needed. He pays attention to detail and is very helpful. He even walked me around to make sure I know where to find the materials I needed. Nowadays, great service is very hard to find. Kudos to Sebastian for great customer service. I hope he gets employee of the month!
Recommend getting the app! The store is huge, and the app can direct you exactly where you need to go to find specific products. Much easier than just exploring and hoping you'll run into the spackle or w/e
Updating to a four-star review. Visited here again and Lewis in the building department went above and beyond. Taking his time to help me. Order for me. All with a smile on his face and some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Kudos Lewis.. Older review ... .. Came here to buy mulch.
