Great place to get all your household inside & outside DIY
I had a question about a warranty for my mother’s stove that she purchased a few years ago. When I called an employee named Annie answered the phone and her customer service was SUPERB!!!! She was busy with a customer when I initially but she called me back right away with all of the information I needed. She went over and beyond to ensure my questions were answered. Polite service, just slow
My parents went to return this portable ac cooling system they just bought 4 days ago (Which is in their return time frame), when our ac went out from the lighting couple days ago. It was 90 degrees in the house. My 1 year old son and I have been staying with my parents for summer so they wanted to act fast. The customer service lady who worked at noon on Thursday July 31, 2025 was incredibly rude AND racist towards them.
