My parents went to return this portable ac cooling system they just bought 4 days ago (Which is in their return time frame), when our ac went out from the lighting couple days ago. It was 90 degrees in the house. My 1 year old son and I have been staying with my parents for summer so they wanted to act fast. I came to the store to return an online order yesterday and the process was easy, smooth and quick. Kaitlyn and Hayley at the order and pickup desk were amazing, patient and super helpful. Give them a raise, they’re great employees!
Decent selection of most items, some things are hard to find and assistance needs to be sought out.
