Outside propane refill service policy changes? Bad communication. I’ve had propane refills done several times and paid at the register. I was always told to take a picture of the refill pump price for each tank and show the pics to the cash register/cashier or go to the customer service counter to pay the balance. Today I opted to pick up a few other things and tried to pay at the register.
