First I’ll start off by saying I wish I would have read some reviews before deciding to buy anything from this store. I purchased over $5,000 of lumber for a deck. After several conversations saying they had the majority of the lumber, I get a call two days before saying the exact opposite. And then the day before am told their computer said they had over 100 deck boards, and then when they go to pick it for delivery, they have absolutely none. The worst customer service I have had in a long time. Two team members in the yard directed me to the wrong product. When I checked out of the yard the guard did not notice it either. I called the store once I got home and noticed it was the wrong product. I suggested to the GM, I think Ron is his name, that a replacement should be sent to my house. What a sh*t show we have been dealing with from the Ann Arbor Menards. We bought about $1500+ in lumber for a deck project. They deliver it and the wood is incorrect. My wife calls to ask about the incorrect wood and she was given a nasty response from the lady working in the lumber department about how busy she is and that she can't help. We then tell them to just come pick it back up so after another delivery fee of over $100, we are given a July 2nd pickup date (almost a month after it was delivered) and it was a no show.... read more
RecommendedTony in the lumber department was awesome and helped me research products so that I made the correct purchase. He took the time to help me even though I wasn't asking a lumber question and was really patient and kind.
RecommendedGreat customer service yesterday when I called the store and an employee helped get a pool for me. He brought it to the register so I could check out quickly since I had my dog in the car! My dog and I thank you!

worst customer service ever!! Manager Nolan needs a lesson on how to treat customers!! Will never go back!
