Prepaid order waited 25 days for baseboard. Then the website said customer order filled. Store customer service complained how I ordered it wrong!! I don't write the order I'm the customer!!! Now I have to go back and use my in store credit, it will be the last time I go to Menards. !!BUYER BEWARE!!
It is bad enough that Menard's as a whole doesn't support our Military, but when they allow their employee's to disrespect Servicemen and Veterans it takes it to a whole new level. We were once loyal Menard's customers. That is no longer the case. We will be taking our business to LOWE's, who wholeheartly supports the Military and the freedoms they afford you by laying their lives on the line.
I personally LOVE this store BUT you should seriously put in a express check out on Black Friday. I've seen dozens of customers with only 10 or less items waiting in the same line as myself for over 45mins. I feel so sorry for those customers.
Worst customer service ever! Everything we have purchased there is inferior junk. Just tried to return two exterior glass doors that leak through the glass every time it rains. The manager, Mr. DeFatte, refused to take them back, even though we have had them less than a month! He basically said it was our problem and he would not take them back! I will never, ever shop at Menards again!!
