refused to let me pay for items cause my mask was not on my nose and then when i did put up cashier was uncomfortable to ring me up so i informed that the piece of paper she took from my hands had my germs on it
customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!!!! They have no one there who knows anything about what they are selling. Not like going to Home Depot where they actually have people who can answer questions and work in departments that they have experience in. I have never been so upset with a store in my life where I actually take the time to write a review. But people need to be warned. We came in thinking we needed to replace our sump pump..but after explaining to the associate ..he suggested trying a new float instead. He was RIGHT...$20 for a float versus $100 plus for a pimp...THANK YOU..and we have lots of rain coming.
My favorite store..
Absolutely horrible customer service over a $1,200 damaged patio table. I recommend going to Kenosha!
