First I’ll start off by saying I wish I would have read some reviews before deciding to buy anything from this store. I purchased over $5,000 of lumber for a deck. After several conversations saying they had the majority of the lumber, I get a call two days before saying the exact opposite. And then the day before am told their computer said they had over 100 deck boards, and then when they go to pick it for delivery, they have absolutely none. What a sh*t show we have been dealing with from the Ann Arbor Menards. We bought about $1500+ in lumber for a deck project. They deliver it and the wood is incorrect. My wife calls to ask about the incorrect wood and she was given a nasty response from the lady working in the lumber department about how busy she is and that she can't help. We then tell them to just come pick it back up so after another delivery fee of over $100, we are given a July 2nd pickup date (almost a month after it was delivered) and it was a no show.... read more

You require face masks OK supply one to the customer free of charge. Pandemic price gouging corporate policy make me sick. Home Depot from now on.
Horrible experience in the store. They have a employee by the name of Adrianne, who is extremely rude and way out of line with customers!!!! Should be fired!!!

We spent 1.5 hours waiting for a lock to be rekeyed for the department to finally call someone who knew exactly what to do in 5 minutes. We appreciated their persistence but was a complete waste of our day. Blinds were cut incorrectly after we wrote measurements on the boxes. Completely tired of wasting our time with customer service.

My husband and I ordered four windows and a door for a home project through Menard’s in Ann Arbor, MI. This order began June 2, 2017. We had to reorder two windows because they were damaged and the door also, in fact the door has been reordered four times since June. Today is September 1, 2017. We still do not have a door or follow up/response regarding when we might get a door that is not damaged
