Bad service, good wood, yet clean and organized Like many Home Depots and Menards, this one has the local hign school working there. The staff does not know much about the products and even less about the home improvement. Friendly, yet not very knowledgeable. I might take you up to 30 minutes to wait for a "specialist" to show and explain what you need to know. It is hard to find good wood products also. Go to Menards for that. PROS: Friendly CONS: No service
Love it there I love going to menards. The taff there is always very friendly and helpful. I always walk out of there with more theni planed on buying. I can spend hours just looking at the things they have in there. They offer almost anything you may need to do home improvements. My children also like going there. There prices are really good. Unhappy excustomer At one time I was happy with Menards but then I ran into one of their employees that was very disrespectful to me. She didn't care what she said and in front of who. She had no less than three employees around her when she started her mouth. It was very embarrassing to me. Very pleased! My boyfriend and I are renovating our house and have been doing most of the shopping at Menards. We've always had exceptional customer service whenever we had questions or problems. An employee told my boyfriend which type of drywall to buy, but it ended up being the wrong size. It had already been cut up, but they still let us return it since it was their mistake. The employees are really good about knowing where their stock is also.
Menards Menards is good on pricing. However, I find their customer service to be a little lacking when you have to go into the back lot to pick up lumber or other supplies.
Great Deals, Great Selection My family is a HUGE fan of Menards. We visit the store once a week and get a lot of deals. We love the rebates! They have a great selection on most items and have the best deals in town.
For the Do It Yourselfer This is a good store for the do it yourselfer. Lots of products at low costs. Staff is friendly and helpful inside the store and outside in the loading areas. Very large and roomy.
Good place, good service! This is one Menards I have found that I really like. The service is great (even with teenagers working) When they have a sale they have the items. Things are easy to find, the store is big, clean. Even the bathrooms are always clean! If there is a few people in the checkout line they will open another one for faster service. I love the rebate items, most are free to little money!
screw vance I own several companies that spent close to a million a year at menards, why i dont know they beat everyones price by selling useless crap to the unsuspecting homeowner, weekend warrior. But if you use menards tools (tool shop) its ganna take two weekends because youll have to return your tools several times.
