"I am sorry to hear that the carpet you purchased may not have been what you needed.". Stop right there! This isn't about what I "needed".... It's about in not being what I paid for. Picked out & paid for some new carpet at Menards to be laid in our bedroom. They told us to take a picture of the pick-up slip/code & send to our installer, as he was going to pick up the new carpet the following morning from Menards & install while we were at work.
