My tip is that someone can purchase an item over the phone. I could not purchase a hot water heater for my parents unless I went into the store or gave my father my credit card for verification. I don't get the difference between purchasing online or over the phone? Veryyy disappointed and did see if there was anywhere else that had a hot water heater so they could get my business over Menard's. The office woman was rude, short and unapologetic. She lacked customer service skills. I would not go back to Menards.

Extremely rude treatment from manager. – The manufacturer of an appliance that we purchased at Menard's in Naperville agreed to give us a full refund for a product that was out of warranty because the product was so poorly designed that it never worked (and couldn't work) properly and it also failed completely. It's a long story but a perfectly clear arrangement was made between us and the manufacturer so that I would receive a full refund when I returned the item to Menard's. the new is gone – big hype and big hopes when they opened each and every time i go there the cashier has no clue what they are doing and doesn't understand coupons I'll go back to lowes like the majority of people the parking lot used to be full not any more at least at lowes there is customer service in the wood area too bad menards could have been something

Menards is my favorite store in Danville – Great store to shop at. Went there today for some tools and few other things the staff were right there to help me find exactly what I need. Sarah always has a smile thats contagious and she always walks with me to make sure I find what Im looking for. I have my family ask for Sarah when they go to Menards. Shes a huge help!! Thank u Sarah and Lisa for always knowing what I need.

Customer service at Menards – After reading some reviews slamming Menards and how they are going to Home Depot I had to laugh. I had a problem with a $10,000 order at Home Depot 2 years ago. THEY made a mistake that cost me $4,000 (their measurements were off on my deck and they shorted me by 2/3's of my composit decking material.
