Absolutely horrible customer service and communication. Wanted (2) 4x4x8' posts. Tried to order at the cashier. Told me to go to customer service. "We can't do it here". Went to customer service and they said NO. "We don't do that here. We don't have the numbers". I asked them is they can get the numbers or a manager or something? "No". I'm 68 yrs old and had already walked all around the store. Didn't want to go back to the farthest corner from where the Customer Service stand is. Never going back. Great store! Very good experience! Only reason it's 4 is because I attempted to use the restroom and somebody was using the whole facility as their own personal gas chamber. How could somebody produce that many rancid fumes? I mean honestly, I had a double quarter pounder with cheese that was really disagreeing me, the natural reaction would be to go to the bathroom.
