Always great customer service.
Bought a lawnmower from them. Brought it home to test it and it performs horribly. I didn’t even mow any grass. Menards’ return policy on gas-powered equipment is flat out stupid. Once you put gas in the machine even just to test if it works or runs properly, you’re completely locked out of a return. So unless you’re psychic and know it’ll be perfect out of the box, you’re out of luck. Trying to call customer service was a wreck.
