Regarding an enquiry for a retainer. Unhelpful.
Both my children had a fantastic experience at Menai Orthodontics. The staff are incredibly friendly and always make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Communication has been excellent throughout both childrens treatments —everything is clearly explained, and any questions are answered with care and patience. I also really appreciate how well they stick to their schedule; their appointments have always run on or very close to booking time, which makes things so much easier. Highly recommend!
First time here this morning for my daughter and I must say this place is amazing! The staff are so polite and professional and go into all details when explaining! Especially the receptionists. They were welcoming, warm and bubbly! Even with their text messages with bookings and emails. The first office I’ve been in where receptionists are not grumpy and rude even when their hands are full their tone of voice is so warm and polite.
