Worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced, cannot recommend this mechanic to anyone. Older lady at the reception shouted and humiliated me in front of staff and other customer. Very unprofessional. Would give zero stars.
First time leaving my car with these guys and refreshing to be treated with such polite and good manners along with very clear explanation of what could be the car problem . No rip-offs . Will definitely rate these guys as honest . As a woman they treated me with respect unlike some other companies . I appreciated that so much.
