I think people are being overly critical about this clinic. I have lived on both coasts in urban and rural communities. I am also in my mid 60’s and have seen how the medical industry has changed dramatically. The staff here means well and do their utmost in a very trying environment. The doctors are great but you can never get in anymore. You have to show up in order to get an appointment for later in the day, that is if they're not already full. You can hardly get an appointment if your PCP is there.
Each appointment is 4months apart. Can't make appointment in between. U have to go to the hospital's emergency room if U have any health issues between the 4month wait
Sat in the waiting room for an hour. Asked to reschedule, oh you're next in line, it'll be 5 minutes.. 10 minutes later I walked out because my leg, that has 2 dvts, is hurting extremely bad. Will not be going back
