Definitely nothing special about their service. I scheduled an appointment to have a 60k service/check. I was told on the phone that they would bring me samples of all my fluids (I was mostly concerned about my diff and tranny fluid which I don't think they checked) they did not bring me samples of my fluids. I told them not to worry about my air filters, I'd already checked them last time I serviced it at the shop I'd been working at.
