I had a fantastic experience with Menn Construction! They built a beautiful 20x20 deck in my backyard that has completely transformed the space. The quality of their work is exceptional, and the team was professional and punctual. They communicated well throughout the project and helped me choose the perfect materials and design. 1 month project turned into 3 months with clear signs on unreasonable excuses. My unit is fairly small and their lack of progress day to day was ridiculous with a two man crew, some days they didn't even show up when they said they would. The job site/work space was a complete mess, no clean up at end of day, no attention to detail leading to scratches and drill marks on my new cabinets. Uneven cuts on expensive tile.. Trash/debris removal was nonexistent, left debris for months behind my house. The crew's workmanship needs ... read more

Teddy and his people are true professionals. Even before the contracted project Teddy pulled my fat from the fire with an unexpected deconstruction required for install of appliances, which he did not have to do, but did it to help me. Our project was a new deck from a 3 season room. It is AWESOME! I will not hesitate to call Teddy to do whatever I need, and know it will be done perfectly at a reasonably price.
