I have had great care. I've read the comments and feel bad for those treated unkindly. The non-veteran employees I have seen have been courteous and professional. Outpatient lab has drawn my blood the quickest and most painless. Mental Health now has walk-in appointments twice a week. My Health E Vet website makes it simpler to check on appointments, contact info., etc. The one HUGE complaint I have is: Night shift employees park in the parking lot reserved for patients and visitors.
