Well, after stressful year and 2months. I finally got my maintenance situation straighten out.I went through unnecessary hoops and rings in getting it done.All I can say is that it looks and works better than it did.Now the only thing that need to be done in getting a hold on the security back to deal with the ones that is smoking cigarettes and weed and crack in the building.And also something need to be done about the people on the streets coming into the building. No cameras, no security.. There's a tenant on the 6th floor destroyed his apartment.Snatched out the pipes..He literally snatched out the bathroom sink.Causing severe water damage.FRANKLY I feel sorry for the tenant that stays right under him. Hopefully that apartment is vacant.
I have a problem in that's coming from the bathroom.Leaking sink.The sink was leaking way before I moved in the freaking apartment.The toilet is leaking that was also going on way before I moved in this freaking apartment.Now there's a leak going on from behind the medicine cabinet.Mildew can be smelled and there's water leaking from between the floor tiles.
