I went to a hearings and vision app. for my son. The appointment was made so my child can receive an IEP for school so that he can get the help he needed for a special needs child. The nurse that saw him was so rude and disrespectful and actually tried to criticize my parenting. I immediately informed her of her role as a Healthcare provider. She got angry and told me as she walked out the room,"You can reschedule your appointment with another nurse!" Mind you they had already done his hearing and vision test at that appoint... read more
This is the worse doctors invented in the Memphis area . They never answer the phone. They downplay everything you tell them wrong with your child and don’t let them lie to you like the accept same day appointments because THEY DONT
They never pick up the phone and when they do very rude
Let me start off with saying generations my Grandma, Mom, Myself, and my kids have been patients at this doctor office. I loved Doctor Terrell he knew what was wrong within seconds of being in the room. Dr. Carter is good at his job just come off very nonchalant. You most definitely have to warm up to him. This recent staff I give this place no stars at all horrible services. My children can be sick and appointments is scheduled out by a month. I’ve never had a bad experience with this practice until now. They have been changing doctors a lot lately and Dr.Alexander is the tall woman doctor and she is extremely rude. Horrible communication skills (snobby like) and even worse bedside manners. I’ll never let her see my child again everrr! If they hire more doctors with her attitude they soon will go down as a practice as well. (Hood) (unprofessional) (snobby) (Rude) (horrible)
