Absence of online payment option (21st century). Very unprofessional. Everything is slow. Can be no response. Lack of communication. No one knows nothing. Always different people to deal with. Paying no attention to the details. Charging fees and adding damages after move-out inspection. Wasting time and money for the homeowner with a move-in preps about 2 months. 2 month of dead time. Disgrace. UPDATE: It took them 5 months to respond to my review. That is blazing fast.
Really helped tailor our wants in our first house to our liking and led us to our (hopefully) forever home. Would recommend to anyone looking for an insightful look into the housing market buying or selling.
