I’m 15 and I have ongoing problems with headaches that can’t be solved. I go for a follow up with jalandoni for the medication I’m on. Couldn't be more frustrated with the lack of care received today for my mother. First we were told that we needed to arrive 30 minutes prior to our appointment time, and that it was a 10 minute appointment. So we did. We then proceeded to wait for an hour before being told that the doctor was at lunch. So after waiting another hour, we finally left without seeing a doctor.
