That staff member Donna needs to be fired every time me or my wife has ever delt with her she has been rude and disrespectful she never keeps her word on a call back and she doesnt do her job in my experience the doctors are wonderful but that lady should be working at waffle house with her attitude problem
I have depended on them for 8 years to try to help me with my epilepsy. My seizures are mostly stressed induced and I tell you what, MEMPHIS NEUROLOGY WILL STRESS YOU OUT SO BEWARE!!!! They used to be on top of their game, but have fallen off so bad over the past few years and I am switching providers. Dianne has no clue what she is talking about on the phone. You tell me you offer a select service then turn around say you don’t. Get it together and know your practice in full. Telling people inaccurate information is truly a waste of time. Seek help, thanks.
Staff is rude. They are lazy and don't listen. They don't understand that max out of pocket. You have paid everything you have to pay. Its take 2 months to get scheduled for botox injection and they are not prepared.
