Extremely Disappointed in the office manager Michael Goodman. Highly unprofessional and shady!!! i asked for an itemized statement starting in November to file with my insurance and kept getting the runaround. Every week it was something. needed to find CPT or diagnosis codes. How are you running a medical practice and don't have access to medical codes? Good afternoon, Keith Martin being a long term customer, meds was change a it's was extremely painful tried contacting staff, guess do to the holidays had to get a response..I truly appreciate the service in past, but need to convert back to my lasts dosage of meds, 2 hours, is extremely long, after effect of pain
