Called to schedule with Dr. Blankley. Called to make sure my appointment was on their schedule due to being booked online. Obviously the website doesn’t reflect the doctor’s schedule, because she said he wasn’t available at that time. The receptionist stated that the website isn’t her problem. Neither is it mine but it’s definitely an inconvenience & dealing with nasty attitudes just made it easier to cancel all together.
Called to re-schedule my new patient appointment. I was asked what my doctor's name is and I completely forgot. Receptionist hung up in my face right after I said I didn't know! I called back and I said you hung up in my face, she told me yeah I heard that... *I never got an attitude with her or was rude. No apology from her, she did not say it was a mistake, did not call me back either. VERY RUDE!

My wife and I were only on a medical visit thank you, but did enjoy our trip here thanks to Google maps
