I have been waiting on a response from Andrea for three weeks now. I took my car to the shop and they charge 1400.00 and did no work to my car. She charged me for administrative fee, storage fees on days that the car was not at the shop. Also she reported to the insurance that the diagnosis and tow was 800.00 . The diagnosis was 217.00 from bmw. So I'm not understanding how it cost over 500.00 to tow a car. I have asked for a break down of the fees and have not heard anything. Memphis Finest was incredible. They were professional from the first phone call I made, our vehicle is beautiful and literally looks good as new! My husband was in our 2019 Toyota Sienna when he was rear ended by a u haul on 385. Memphis finest repaired all the body damage we had and you literally can't tell anything ever happened to it.
