One of the best experiences I have ever had in a doctor’s office. Was able to get an appointment in less than a week at the Ridge Lake Clinic. Staff was friendly, office was super clean, and I was seen right away. I was especially impressed with Rachel Doerr FNP-C, DCNP. She diagnosed the problem and treated me with a surgical procedure the same day. Rachel was professional, personable and immediately put me at ease in a stressful situation. Thank you, Rachel and Memphis Dermatology Clinic for a great experience.

I'm pretty sure they forgot about me! I went in last Friday, relieved they had an opening (first red flag?). I was told I'd have a prescription called in and was sent home with a little sample cream which ran out within 24 hours. No prescription and no test results four days later, I called again and turns out my doctor went out of town. Her nurse said she'd call the prescription in - I called my pharmacy and still nothing! This is really disappointing and frustrating, I hope other patients aren't treated this way.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were very welcoming and did everything to calm my anxieties. They were great

They only accept limited firms of payment so you better check first - I think they turned a lady away for a debit card?
