I truly would give 0 stars if I could. Buckley Parker, PA absolutely ruined my skin. Please do not go to this dermatologist, find another in Memphis. I recommend Levy Dermatology.

Dr Lawhead is so awesome ! She properly diagnosed my shingles after the minor med misdiagnosed me. I am so thankful for her and so glad she is my dermatologist. I literally thought I was dying with the sharp pain in my head from the shingles on my forehead . But she knew in ,,60 seconds what I had . So impressed ! Thank God for good doctors like her who really know their stuff. I was in tears after looking up shingles symptoms as it described all of my symptoms which put me at ease from my panic attacks .

Very tan woman at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. She seemed more worried about putting on her makeup and whispering negative comments about the patients to whoever was behind the desk with her. Note to self ladies, the walls are thin and patients can hear you. My actual appointment was with Dr. Pietrangelo and he was very polite and knowledgeable. I took my daughter-in-law to this clinic for a growth on her face. Dr. Huber saw her and treated her. She had melanoma and he got it all, no scarring. He was a very personable, compassionate, and competent physician. I would highly recommend. Prior to this I have taken my mother to see Dr. Beard. Dr. Beard is very personable, compassionate, and competent physician. She has also treated me. I can't say enough good things about these wonderful doctors. I will not hesitate to recommend either of them.

An appointment was scheduled for 10:00, however, when I arrived at the clinic, they had my appointment time for 2:00. The receptionist let it slip that I was not the first person that day with which this had happened. This immediately let me know that there was a problem on THEIR end, not mine. Further, when scheduling the appointment, I repeated the day, date, and time back to the person scheduling appointments, so I know it was not my error! The clinic was unaccomodating to THEIR ERROR!
