The way BBQ should be! – This is the way BBQ should be done! The owner and I grew up in the same part of the country and this is how I remember BBQ being cooked, open coals and with fruit wood.

Best BBQ Anwhere – Simply the best BBQ anywhere. If you want BBQ in Vegas.. look no further. No place can even compare. If you live in the area I suggest trying each diffrent entre as you return. I usually get the slow roasted chicken, but the beef is excellent as well. Also I suggest you buy a couple bottles of their award winning sauce and Magic Dust. The location near Nellis AFB is excellent as well.

For BBQ only – This is an average place. The decor is southern and it would be a fun laid back place for kids. The food is okay if you like this kind of BBQ. Items other than BBQ aren't very good. It's a fun place. Usually very crowded at lunch time!

Not Bad – The sides and chicken at Memphis Championship are excellent. The ribs leave a little bit to desire - maybe it's the sauce. The sauce is too runny and vinegar based (more Memphis / Texas style). Give me Arthur Bryants sauce if this is the sauce style of the day.

Ain't The Best BBQ, But It's Damn Good. – Keeping in mind that barbeque is a religion in just about every part of the country, Memphis Barbeque on Warms Springs Road is worthy of a try. In all honesty, I can't say I'd rate Memphis Barbeque the best bbq i ever had, it's still pretty damn good. There was plenty of food. I had the two item platter with a half rack of baby-backs and brisket, and had to take some home.
