Josh at Memphis boat center was a total Godsend ,helping to find a trailer (at a very reasonable price) and making all the arrangements on pick up and delivery (halfway across country). EVERYONE at Memphis boat cntr was professional ,helpful, and made a problematic situation painless, and reasonably priced - THANKS JOSH!
We worked with Josh and Barrett for the purchasing part and they were awesome and worked really hard to get me a good deal on an awesome boat. Barrett hauled our boat to the lake and met us there on the first day and had a very thorough knowledge of the boat and was very good at breaking it all down. Then he spent the rest of the day teaching my 3 kids how to surf and wakeboard. It was a blast and we loved hanging out with him all day. Very easy going and patient with the kids. JEREMY McGOWEN parts First off I’ll say this was my first time ever calling Memphis boat center. I have never spent a dime at the store yet Mr Jeremy McGowen searched and searched and found exactly what I needed even though it red at a different store and the part had the wrong label on it so I have no clue how he made it happen but he made it happen. Working with Barrett was amazing - he’s incredibly knowledgeable and willing to do what it takes to make it work. We did everything by phone/text and bought our new to us 2022 Malibu 23LSV with full confidence that when Barrett drove it 6 hrs to East TN to do a delivery and walkthrough plus on lake demo - we would be very happy and we were.
