the phone representative where appointments are made is extremely rude.They do not confirm appointments, and don't answer questions about the upcoming appointments.I felt very uncomfortable after speaking to the receptionists, and cancelled the appointment.The staff is cold and incompassionate, and will not work together will the patients to make them feel welcome and comfortable. I would not recommend that facility to my dog.
