My boyfriend and I brought our beloved Cujo there 2 nights in a row and ended up having to put him to sleep there in the second night. Through the heartbreak and tears I was amazed at the staff. Ive spent a lot of time at other emergency room vets and was extremely unsatisfied to say the least. The staff there is very professional and very warm. I am so impressed with the care we received for our dog. They were fast (in and out in 30 mins) and very fair with the charges, only doing what was absolutely necessary to get our dog comfortably through the night until we could see our regular vet the next morning.

NEVER AGAIN. My wife went in with a puppy apparently near death. It took her 45 minutes to check in. It's an ER. The couple in front of her and the check-in... Situation was terrible. The vet appeared competent and confirmed the puppy was near death and couldn't be saved. But then she was ready to go the same situation occurred.
