Alas, when you dial the number you get a recording saying the phone has been disconnected. When you visit the salon, the lights are on but no one answers the door. The website still works but contains only these three reviews, none of which are recent. It looks very much like Felix (Memo) Valdivia has gone out of business.

I love Memo! I've been going to him for almost 15 years now - great hair cuts at reasonable prices.
