We are so thankful for the exceptional and personalized care our mother, Jean K., received in the MSC for seven years during her journey with memory loss. We appreciated the way caregivers and administrators listened to our concerns and responded with understanding and kindness. The continuity of caregivers, especially Kim T., was most important as they knew Mom's likes, dislikes, sense of humor and were able to relate in special ways. Just wanted to check out the facility before my loved one was admitted. The staff was helpful, friendly and very RESPECTFUL. They made me feel comfortable like I was one of their patients. The director was VERY professional and knowledgeable with answering all my questions and concerns. I was quite happy to see that this facility was clean inside and out. At the of the day, I'm happy with the outcome ☺️
