My mom, Mamaw and I have been very faithful customers to this nail salon. When they first opened they were wonderful. We go once a month usually. They know us when we walk in the door, they know what we want. However, today was the last straw. We buy the $60 pedi, feels like maybe the $25 and that's stretching it. Although I loved the man that did my nails, there was a nail tech there that took care of my sister, and he did a poor job. And when she asked him to fix them, he started yelling at her and refused to do so. He claimed there was nothing wrong with her nails, although his wife had to redo her nails and fix his mistake. I wish I would have gotten his name, because I'm sure he's the reason this business has poor reviews.

I do not recommend this salon for getting your nails done. The man that did my nails this afternoon was very rude, and did not like it very much when I told him I did not really like the design he had done. He did a very sloppy job, along with getting polish remover on my shoe, which left a stain. Along with the fact that my nails have already started to chip, and it has not even been a full 24 hours since having them done. However, I have always been pleased with getting my eyebrows waxed there.

Alan and Julie have the most amazing pedicures! Their customer service is amazing. This is the only place I let do my nails and pedicures. They are like family to my daughters and I.

this is THE WORST manicure i have ever paid for. the guy who was doing my nails was rude, when i asked him to file down the one crooked nail he didnt notice, he got mad and tried to hand me the nail file and told me to do it myself, than he proceded to give me the worst manicure ive ever had, and piled the polish on so thick it never dried, and didnt even go to the edges of my nails....later that day my nails were shredded on the edges and he actually ruined my nails, they have been shredding and snagging ever since, this is... read more
