Not satisfied at all.I was told I wasn't responsible for my actions on a very simple issue that happened..very RUDE.WILL NOT SEE THEM AGAIN.
Got my nails done on mother's days, love the color, less than a week the gel polish that's supposed to last for 2 weeks or more started peeling off on my thumb, then the rest of my nails started lifting. So, 4 of the my nails on my right hand were lifting and 2 on my left hand. Went to the salon to see how they can fix it or even offer some discount. The man at the front door said he can't help me. Beautiful fancy place but their work is lazy. Paid $58 for a spa pedicure and the woman didn’t even want to cut cuticles. She was ready to paint my nails before even putting my feet in the water bath. They get annoyed when you speak up and clearly start talking about you to eachother. Also got an acrylic fill which took TWO HOURS and came out very lumpy and uneven. Nails were done by Jenny and the rushed half done pedicure was done by Suvi
I was in need of a manicure and short on time, so I showed up as a walk-in at Memory Nails. The salon itself is very clean and has a nice relaxing decor. I was quickly seated with Chloe who soaked my nails while I looked thru the books of nail colors. Chloe did a beautiful job! And she was quick! It may have been less than 40 minutes, however no attention to detail was spared. Also no cuts or abrasions which I’ve encountered in other places. Thank you Chloe, you have a new customer.
