After trying out this salon for a few times, I can say this has been one disappointing experience after another. Every time I go, quality varies tremendously and I never know what to expect. Staff is inconsistent. Quality and price are inconsistent. I booked over the phone leaving a name and number with a witness to corroborate the time of my appointment. I have always had a positive experience with Jerry and the whole staff at Memory nails. They do a wonderful job!
I did a walk in for a powder refill and unfortunately my nails didn't even last not even 2 weeks they cracked
Awesome job by Phoebe. She did a great pedicure and gel manicure. Professional and sweet personality.
Not satisfied at all.I was told I wasn't responsible for my actions on a very simple issue that happened..very RUDE.WILL NOT SEE THEM AGAIN.
