This is the second time I have gotten my nails done here since moving to Franklin square in may. Both times I have been , I have gotten my nails done by Owen . I advised him what I wanted . A gel Fill in with square shape and even showed him a picture . I had to ask him multiple times to stop filing the sides of my nails as he was filing them to be coffin shape. Went in 2 weeks ago to have a gel polish. Everyone was so welcoming, and so sweet. Cindy did a powder gel on me which is still looking fabulous! I would highly recommend this place.
After trying out this salon for a few times, I can say this has been one disappointing experience after another. Every time I go, quality varies tremendously and I never know what to expect. Staff is inconsistent. Quality and price are inconsistent. I booked over the phone leaving a name and number with a witness to corroborate the time of my appointment. I have always had a positive experience with Jerry and the whole staff at Memory nails. They do a wonderful job!
