I’ve been going to this salon for over a decade and their quality and care have declined over the past few years. Pedicure was okay. The actual paint job looks great, but my nails were not cut and the water was HOT. I asked Owen if he could do a floral design on my hands, but if not then it was no problem. This is the second time I have gotten my nails done here since moving to Franklin square in may. Both times I have been , I have gotten my nails done by Owen . I advised him what I wanted . A gel Fill in with square shape and even showed him a picture . I had to ask him multiple times to stop filing the sides of my nails as he was filing them to be coffin shape. Went in 2 weeks ago to have a gel polish. Everyone was so welcoming, and so sweet. Cindy did a powder gel on me which is still looking fabulous! I would highly recommend this place.
