I have known Joanna and her staff for a year and a half now. I have been in and out of Memory Lane. It is amazing the love and compassion Joanna and her staff have for all the residents. The staff are always friendly and looking after the needs of the residents. I highly recommend Memory Lane.
I have known Joanna, the owner of Memory Lane, for the past 2 years and I have never, ever, met someone who cares more about seniors than she does, especially ones with dementia. She truly cares about every aspect of her home for residents and is especially careful to hire only people with the right passion. Residents and their family/extended caregivers are treated like family at Memory Lane. My husband is a friend/POA for a resident with no family. I feel Memory Lane has become the family that our friend has been looking for to spend this chapter of his life. I am a caregiver at Memory Lane Assisted Living and words cannot begin to describe how amazing of a company/place this is. The second I walked into Memory Lane I felt right at home, everyone there is full of love, compassion and joy. It is one of the best feelings to be apart of such an awesome environment. Going to work doesn’t feel like going to work and that is something I will never take for granted!
It is the best assisted facility that can be found. They relate well to the individuals and help the family through this difficult period. I would recommend it to anyone who has a loved one in need of this level of care. This level of care is exceptional. They learn about the individual's personality and try to accommodate their needs and interests.
