Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I have multiple health issues and my specific back problem was basically ignored. I called back, leaving 3 messages for the nurse. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
